non-vigorous, non-heated class where poses are held longer to calm and balance the mind and body. Yin Yoga is a great compliment to Power Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga practices as well as cross-fit, running, and other athletic workouts. This class will help increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility while calming the nervous system and the mind.
