Monday at 9AM with Anthony D

  • Strength in Yoga: Strength in Yoga is a 60 minute unique program designed specifically for yogis of all levels. It embodies the timeless concept of physical culture: how to train for maximum functional strength, making your body more durable, more resilient, and less prone to injury. Whether you are an avid gym-goer, a yoga enthusiast, someone who is rehabbing from injury, a professional athlete, one with advanced training needs, or a yoga novice, you will achieve personal satisfaction and exhilaration from this program.

Monday at 530PM with Katie T

  • Vinyasa Yoga Foundations and Stretch: This 75 minute class is practiced in a warm room heated to around 75 degrees. We begin with a slower flow vinyasa series of poses, focused on proper alignment and breath and then move into yin-style stretching. Perfect for beginners, or for seasoned practitioners looking for a slower flow and meditative stretching.

Tuesday 9AM with Karen M

  • Vinyasa Flow: This class combines yoga postures (asanas), breathing (pranayama) and meditation. We move at a comfortable pace to enhance proper alignment, linking breath to movement, stretching all areas of the body while releasing tension and stress. Come flow gently and mindfully leave feeling inspired, soothed and energized.

Tuesday 5PM with Anthony

Tuesday 6PM with Poyee

  • A fun energized HOT POWER YOGA class with multiple asanas (poses) that combines upper body strength, flexibility, and cardio incorporated into a “vinyasa” or continuous flow style. Each posture transitions into the next pose with a concentration on breath work. This class is beginner friendly and designed for students of all levels seeking a challenge. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat;).

Wednesday 9 AM with Poyee

  • Transformation Restorative yoga helps you to reduce stress, and to feel calm and centered. By combining yoga postures (asanas),breathing (pranayama), and meditation, we find strength, stability, and flexibility of the body while calming the mind and restoring the spirit. By the end of the class, you will feel calm, centered, and happy.

Wednesday 6PM- Angel 

  • Power Vinyasa is a moving flow class that builds flexibility and strength evenly in your body. We flow with ease from one posture to another. Using our breath with movement helps bring you into challenging poses. Allowing you to safely move through your practice while still focusing on breath. Moderate intensity beginners to experienced students are welcomed.

Thursday 9AM with Anthony

Thursday 6PM with Kirby

  • Come and experience the practice of power yoga. Combine the use of your own body weight and added heat to increase overall muscular strength, endurance and flexibilty. Move through a series of sun salutations, while holding postures for lengths of up to 3-5 breaths while incorporating deep breathing techniques and focus. Meditation in motion! Power yoga brings your savasana to a whole new level. Modifications are available for all levels of experience.

Friday 9 AM with Poyee

  • Yin/Yang yoga helps you to find balance in life and in health. The class will start with Yang yoga; focusing on stretches and strengthening muscular tissues, with an emphasis on building heat and energy. This is followed by Yin yoga, which focuses on relaxing the muscles, ligaments, joints and tendons with an emphasis on cooling and surrendering. The combination of Yin and Yang poses helps to create a balance for the mind, body and spirit.

 

 

Saturday 830 AM- Karen M

Sunday 930 AM- Katie T

  • Sunday Morning Slow Down: This class focuses on quieting the mind and improving flexibility in the body. Class begins with a guided meditation and then moves into a series of longer-held poses to access the deep connective tissues to help increase circulation and flexibility. Props are used to support students in the various poses. Suitable for all levels and the perfect compliment to a more active yoga practice or other fitness regimen.
