Sunday 930-1045 AM with Katie T

  • Sunday Morning Slow Down: This class focuses on quieting the mind and improving flexibility in the body. Class begins with a guided meditation and then moves into a series of longer-held poses to access the deep connective tissues to help increase circulation and flexibility. Props are used to support students in the various poses. Suitable for all levels and the perfect compliment to a more active yoga practice or other fitness regimen.

Monday at 7:00-8AM with Jade

  • Monday Morning Power Hour: Get ready to move!  This heated, dynamic flow class will move you physically and mentally to new places and new perspectives.  Power Hour is an all-levels, balanced, vigorous vinyasa class that energizes you and enlivens your body and spirit before your day begins.  Bring a towel, prepare to sweat and greet the day!

Monday 9-1015 AM with Jade

  • Somatic Stretch: This class is designed to re-awaken your sensory motor awareness as we re-learn how to contract and relax isolated muscles. Are you suffering from: injury, chronic pain, anxiety, the maladies associated with ‘old age,’ or tingling/stiffness/rigidity throughout your body? This non-vigorous, floor-based class will move your body so that the neuroplasticity in your brain can remember how to relax! “As we grow older, our bodies – and our lives – should continue to improve, right up until the very end.” – Thomas Hanna, Somatics. Please note: This class is accessible to all levels and all ages, but those over 30 years of age will benefit most from its effects.

Monday at 530-645PM with Katie T

  • Vinyasa Yoga Foundations and Stretch: This 75 minute class is practiced in a warm room heated to around 75 degrees. We begin with a slower flow vinyasa series of poses, focused on proper alignment and breath and then move into yin-style stretching. Perfect for beginners, or for seasoned practitioners looking for a slower flow and meditative stretching.

Tuesday 9AM-1015AM with Karen M

  • Vinyasa Flow: This class combines yoga postures (asanas), breathing (pranayama) and meditation. We move at a comfortable pace to enhance proper alignment, linking breath to movement, stretching all areas of the body while releasing tension and stress. Come flow gently and mindfully leave feeling inspired, soothed and energized.

Tuesday 5:30-645 PM with Jade

  • Heated Power Yoga: Hot Power Vinyasa is a moving flow class that builds flexibility and strength evenly in your body. We flow with ease from one posture to another. Using our breath with movement helps bring you into challenging poses. Allowing you to safely move through your practice while still focusing on breath. Moderate intensity beginners to experienced students are welcomed.  Studio heated to 85-90 degrees.

Wednesday 6PM-715PM with Kim

  • Power Yoga Flow Power Vinyasa is a moving flow class that builds flexibility and strength evenly in your body. We flow with ease from one posture to another. Thursday 6PM with Christina

  • Vinyasa Yoga Flow:Begin with an invigorating practice to revitalize then slow it down and relax the body, calm the mind with gentle restorative postures.  This class is designed to open the body up, peeling away layers of stress and tension, relaxing the nervous system.  Class consists of gentle movement and postures to help maintain mobility of joints and rejuvenate the body and mind to help relieve tension of the day.  Beginners welcome, modifications offered.

Friday 7-8 AM with Jade

Friday 8:30-9:45 with Karen M

  • Pilates/Yoga Fusion Class Pilates work is powered by breath, flow and centering, building strong flexible muscles, primary focus on the core.  Classes may utilize props such as weights, blocks, balls to provide additional resistance.  Using weights, you will move through a series of poses, or asana that are linked with breath (vinyasa style).  This fusion class will help you build strength, flexibility and balance, ending with a deep relaxation.  All Levels Welcome.  Modifications will apply if needed.

Saturday 830 AM with Karen M

  • Vinyasa Flow: This class combines yoga postures (asanas), breathing (pranayama) and meditation.
